Oliver P. Lasley
(California State Bar No. 120816) received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1980, and graduated summa cum laude from Virginia State University with a B.S. in Economics. Mr. Lasley is a seasoned trial attorney that is committed to aggressively vindicating the rights of his clients. As a litigation lawyer, he manages all aspects of litigation from creating and executing litigation strategy to negotiating settlements. As an administrative California lawyer, he appeared before the Los Angeles Board of Public Works, and successfully argued for minority business certification. He also represented special education students in Individual Education Program (IEP) and Due Process Hearings. Mr. Lasley is a member of the State Bar of California. He was admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, and the District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
