Albright, Yee & Schmit attorney, Bryan Luther, represents businesses, corporations, and government entities in most aspects of employment and general litigation. Mr. Luther zealously advocates for his clients from inception to resolution or dismissal.

Mr. Luther recently successfully defended a Los Angeles County city from a claim of several million dollars forcing it to settle for far less than nuisance value on the eve of an all but certain defense verdict at trial. He also played an intricate role in a recent trial, defending a Los Angeles school district against a nearly 8 figure traumatic brain injury claim, forcing Plaintiff’s to request the revival of an expired 998 offer to compromise in hopes to secure a mid-trial settlement. Mr. Luther is heavily involved in the firm’s employment counseling division and routinely conducts employment investigations.

Mr. Luther was selected for inclusion among the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2024 and 2025 Editions) and he was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2023 and 2024. Mr. Luther was recognized among the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 ‘Leaders of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys’ and 2022-2023 'Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys'.  He was also recognized as a 2021 Los Angeles Business Journal ‘Leaders in Law’ nominee.

Mr. Luther graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. During his time at California State University, Fullerton, Mr. Luther was a Division 1 student-athlete.  He applies the same amount of effort and unyielding perseverance each day when advocating for the rights of his clients.

Mr. Luther received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Civil Litigation from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While attending law school, he was a member of the nationally-ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, which is currently ranked fourth in the nation. As a 2L member of the Byrne Trial Team, Bryan was elected to compete in and won, the Annual Byrne Trial Advocacy skills competition against a field of 3L competitors. Bryan’s success while competing in regional and national level trial advocacy competitions earned him the graduating honors of the 2019 International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for distinguished achievement in the art and science of advocacy.

Mr. Luther is involved with several community organizations including a Voters Rights initiative, which informs college students of the importance of voting in all elections from local to national; yearly school supply donation drives, which provide backpacks, clothes, and school supplies to at-risk youth in underrepresented communities; the Toys for Tots program and Project Christmas Child, both of which provide toys and clothes to children whose households would otherwise not have the means to celebrate the Christmas holiday. Additionally, Mr. Luther frequently volunteers his time to local Los Angeles homeless shelters which provide food and housing to unconventionally housed individuals affected by the Los Angeles housing epidemic.

Prior to joining Albright, Yee & Schmit, Mr. Luther worked at B|B Law Group, LLP, a civil trial firm.
